Cancellation Policy & Refund
To cancel a booked reservation, please write us by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ), or by fax to the following number (0055) 24 3361 9530.

3 Days
Cancellations made prior to seventy two hours of the Check-in arrival date and hour, will occur not to refund the deposit fee. Or, if given, the credit card will be used to debit the deposit fee.

Between 3rd and 7th Days
Reservations cancelled between 7 (seven) and 3 (three) Days of the Check-in arrival date and hour, will be charged the 50% of the deposit fee, debited of eventual costs of communication and bank transfers.

Until 7 Days
Reservations cancelled 7 (seven) days or more, prior to the Check-in arrival date and hour, the deposit fee will be fully refunded, debited of eventual costs of communication and bank transfers.

No Show
It is considered No Show when the guest doesn’t arrive in the booking date. The room will be stay at disposal till the Check-out time (12h00am of the next day). The No Show will occur not to refund the deposit fee.

Also, early check out will not be refunded.
