Inspired by our love for Brazil, a free-spirited country, famed around the world for its social and cultural integration, we have created a new taste sensation, a Nouvelle Brazilian Cuisine.
Even if our culinary culture is firmly based on a classical European cuisine, our inspiration embraces the  lightness of being, living and dining which is  charmingly Brazilian: therefore we offer an inventive cuisine which highlights good taste, lightness and natural ingredients. Being located on an island, we feature fish plates, cooked and refreshingly crude, fresh, delicious.
